ISAAC ANDREW LEER

Actor / Musician / Writer

Who is He?

(This is him, feeling VERY excited about seeing a real castle.)

Isaac Leer is a Minneapolis-based theater artist.

A third-year student at the University of Minnesota BA English and BFA Actor Training Programs, he has developed a passion for classical texts, new work, and just about everything in between.

Born and raised in Minnesota, he is grateful to have performed at the Guthrie Theater, Ordway Center, and Children’s Theatre Company among others. His performances have also been seen across the United States on a Broadway tour and internationally at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon, where he recently spent a semester studying and training with some of his biggest inspirations.

In addition to acting, Isaac is a strong singer and multi-instrumentalist, playing upright bass, guitar, piano, banjo, and mandolin. He has frequently contributed music to theatrical productions and has experience with composition and songwriting.

He is currently writing his first full-length musical, to be produced in spring 2027! Stay tuned…
